How reports are collected
We select critical review text supplied by the site editor and present brief summaries attributed to the reviewer. This is a complaint focused selection, not a statistical sample of customers or a measure of the company's overall rating. Some earlier summaries were compiled from ConsumerAffairs, Trustpilot and Better Business Bureau complaint pages.
What is and is not verified
Review content describes what a reviewer alleges or reports. Facility addresses for editor supplied reviews are based on the accompanying location information. We have not independently checked individual star ratings, precise posting dates, property conditions, charges, employee conduct or whether a review is authentic. Older posts may refer to different operators. Such posts are labeled where identifiable.
Legal records
Court case summaries are based on identified public judicial opinions, including outcomes favorable to a claimant and outcomes favorable to the company. We distinguish a lawsuit allegation from a court finding and identify settlements without suggesting an admission of wrongdoing.
Corrections and removal requests
A reviewer, business representative or reader who identifies an inaccurate attribution, outdated status or misleading summary can ask the site operator to review the entry. Before publication, the operator should add a monitored contact address and a documented corrections process. No contact channel has been invented here.
External links
The public site has no outbound links to the storage company or third party platforms. Names and case identifiers are provided so sources can be identified without transferring visitors to other websites. Independent publication does not itself lower another website's search rankings.
